The “StayFit” is designed for people with limited training experience. It’s a small group training (max. 4 people) for beginners who are excited and motivated to form a stronger, healthier body and mind.

This training will help you to improve your posture and your technique, build strength and endurance, as well as to lose weight. StayFit will help teach you how to stay fit and make it an healthy habit that you develop to improve your well being. StayFit will help you achieve your personal fitness goals, while moving at your own pace.
