Get-Fit Program is a 3-months course in which we will guide you through step-by-step for building a strong fitness base and healthier lifestyle; including strength, conditioning, mobility & nutrition advice. It is meant for beginners in the fitness world and it helps you build a strong foundation for your next fitness journey (Stay-Fit)

Stay-Fit

Stay-Fit is for those who want to start improving their fitness but don’t know how or what to do. A class that will help you achieve your goals at your own tempo, focusing on strength & condition improvement. With this class we are slowly preparing you for your next fitness journey (Performance Training)

Performance Training

B.M.S. Performance Training is a class for those who want to take their Fitness to the next Level! Those who are ready to challenge their bodies physically but also mentally. B.M.S. Performance Training focuses on strength, conditioning and complex movements.

B.M.S. Bootcamp

B.M.S. Bootcamp will surprise you, surpassing your expectations on what a bootcamp class might be like. We combine our knowledge and experience to create a fun but also intense outdoor workout; free-weights, duo-workouts, high-intensity interval training and more.

B.M.S. Young Athletes

B.M.S. Young Athletes class has as main goal to help kids evolve mentally and physically. Through a combination of: physical education, obstacle run, strength and conditioning workouts we help them improve their body posture, learn how to control their body-movement and therefore create a solid base for a future strong and healthy body.

Online Training

Our online training class is free to all our community members. The class can include Body-Weight Workouts, HIIT, Yoga, and Mobility Workouts. It is the best way kick-start to a beautiful Sunday!
