We wanted to start 2023 with a fun Bowling Event for our member to get together & bond after the Christmas vacation. Here we wanted to create a nice start of the year so that we can share what we want to accomplish for coming year!

Had lot’s a fun! One of our members trow 4 strikes in a row and won some drink for us. Afterwards we went for 2 drink and chat an connect a bit longer .

We are excited to announce that the "Christmas Ugly Sweater Run" is back!

If you want to give your Christmas holidays an active and fun kick-start then you are more than welcome to join us on Sunday 18 December 2022 for an epic ugly sweater Bootcamp!

We will cover a total distance of appr. 4km around the city centre. Within the route we have 4 stops planned for body-weight exercises (Push-ups / Squats / Abdominal / Sprints / Uphill Sprint exercises / Ex.)  A steady easy running pace will be kept from one stop to the next one. We leave nobody behind and we use the different stops + exercises as the waiting time for everybody to get together before we continue to the next stop!

A day well-spent with our athletes! We grilled the rainbow, we chilled under the sun-rays, absorbed some vitamin D, created memories, bonded, connected and shared a great afternoon all together. That was not only good for the body and mind but also for the soul!

Community vibes are the best!!

On this day we went bouldering with the Fam and it was a nice awesome Sunday well spent with everyone! From climbing to vibing... it was an awesome day! Some member fought with hight fears but they kept on trying! Not only we did some climbing but we also went for a nice swim.

Our First Paintball Community Event of the year was a great succes! It was a blast! Everyone had fun and enjoyed!

We created 2 teams; “Team No Paint No Gain” & “Team Deez Nuts” , and we are keeping these 2 teams for the next paintball event. Check the video out and let us know if you are ready to be part of this for the next time ;)

De Urban Trails series 2021 een unieke combinatie tussen sport en cultuur waarbij we 5-10km hebben afgelegd en onderweg konden genieten van entertainment zoals live muziek vol passie en energie. Het parcours liep dit jaar weer langs verassende en onontdekte plekken in hartje Utrecht. We liepen door locaties als Kinepolis Jaarbeurs, Sonnenborgh Museum & Sterrenwacht, prachtige Utrechtse hofjes en het Tivoli Vredenburg en finishen deden we bij het Moreelsepark.

We will start the day with a 8km (or 4km) run at Maximark. The routes and the meeting point will be announced later on. After the run we will have time to swim at Harrijnseplas and grab something to eat for recovery and enjoy the day all together. There will be (plant-based) snacks prepeared by @aleto_flavours.

The Run is organised with the goal to get to know each other a bit better, enjoy a great run at the park, reward our body with nutritious food and have fun.
