Performance Training

B.M.S. Performance Training is a small group training (max. 4 people) which includes different types of workouts. The different workouts are built based on the personal goals of each individual. We vary our workouts from day to day, which keeps it challenging. The aim of this class is not only to help you become stronger, but also to discover the potential of your body. We work on body movement, body control, posture, endurance, mobility and coordination.


B.M.S. Performance Training can be considered as a mix of Strength, Conditioning and Complex Movements
